I see a lot of deductions on my account made mobi moola, which I am not sure what are they for (first one R150, second one R99, third R7 and it was a sting of these R7 until my account was left with R0, they also tried R245 but was declined). I tried to phone customer care but I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes until I ran out of airtime. I sent customer care an email and I have not received any response. What makes things worse is that they claim to offer loan services and I requested for one its been more than two weeks now. All this said I am left with a conclusion that this whole thing is a and if this is not resolved soon I am cancelling my subscription with them, because I don't see a point of paying money for a service I am not receiving.
