16 days of waiting - still no TELKOM!

Telephone pole fallen over. Reported 1 Sept to Christina. Ref number: 90877-44-010913. Urgent because pole is a danger and by falling over it has damaged our phone lines.
2 Sept: followed up with call centre. Spoke to Rekiloe and Patricia. I was told the technicians will come that day.
3 Sept: spoke to Sboshie. She gave a new reference number: 828CRZ030913. She said the technicians are on their way THAT DAY...
On 4 Sept, a technician arrived. Took a look, gave us some slack on our phone wires and said he had to report it to the 'pole' division. Turnaround time = 3-6 days.
Waiting, waiting, waiting... no-one comes.
16 Sept: spoke to Yandisa. She says the fault has been fixed. I say it has not. The technician came to look but the pole has not been fixed and the 'pole' dept have not come. I get another reference number: 97896-44-160913. Yandisa says 3-6 days. I say how can that be. It was actually reported on 1 Sept. THAT IS SIXTEEN DAYS AGO. Nope, the whole process begins again. I had to tell the story over again, give the addresses of the houses again. Yandisa says Telkom is very busy and the pole is not a priority!
Telkom, pls send someone to fix this pole!
