BAD BAD SERVICE

Applied for an additional contract- (dont know why i keep going back to mtn considering the service) on 28 august 2013. went back 31 august i was told, "oops we forgot to tell you that we need additional documents from you" i give them the documents then i am told please come back after an hour, i go back iand i am told please come back after 3 hours, i go back and i am told no come back on monday. i wait for a week and then i go back on 7th of september then i am told " oh your contract was approved but we have no stock, come back after another week. i complain about the lack of communication and they promise to call me. 12/13/14 of september i get smses asking me to come collect my phone. i go on the 14th and i have to wait for an hour while the phone is being booked out and registered. i get home and later discovered that the phone has not been registered so now i must go back yet again so that they finally rica the phone... what a service!! at least now i know where to go when my cotract is due for upgrade.
