Seriously Neotel???

Seriously neotel? Such a respected brand and this is how you handle your issues?
On the 29th of April Tebogo Lesiba, acting on his own capacity without my permission or consent, went and did a credit check on me. He even wrote wrong information about my personal details on my credit report.
I reported that matter here, and Tshepiso Makhafola promptly reacted. She sounded professional.
Now I receive that sms from Mac Robert attorneys? From a Debt Collector? I go and buy my credit report and there is, indeed, a unpaid neotel account sitting against my records?
How is this my problem? Why is this account sitting against my ID book?
I gave a copy of my ID book to Mr Bradley Kurt Wiggill to register our start-up with the CIPC. And I never attached a proof of address to it. How can neotel open an account in my name without my consent? And worst, without doing FICA on me? Oh, and even worst than that: without my banking details?! Where did the debit orders go to? Tebogo and Bradley misused my identity.
