I recently - October 2013 - upgraded my Neotel account to the Axesstel Router which I was promised would deliver up to 3mbps download speeds and nothing less than half of that. In the two weeks just after receiving the device, and having to test my speeds against a Neology server as the Neotel server kept timing out, I was not able to get speeds of 1mbps more than twice. I averaged at around 0.3/4. I then complained, a technician came out and told me the promised speeds were totally incorrect based on the unit I had received and requested an ariel be installed to boost my signal, with which I was promised speeds of approx 0.8mbps. I am still averaging around 0.3/4 download speeds and I'm lucky if a get 0.3 upload speeds. I complained again over this past weekend and was told it would be "escalated" and someone would call within 24hrs. Nothing. I called again this morning and after a twenty minute call was told someone would call me back. They did just as I was going into a meeting so I asked them to call bak in an hour. It's now 3 hours later and guess what... NOTHING! I either want what was promised to me or my money back so I can find a solution that works.
