I reported a NEOTEL incident on Hello Peter last week on Monday 04 November and Neotel responded that they would get back to me ASAP - they have money from my bank account and I don't even have an account with them. Today is the 13 November and NOBODY has bothered to call me or refund me the monies. They are a bunch of liars and and I don't understand how they are still in business!!!
