Vodacom deducting without my knowledge

On 2013-07-21 I was contacted by someone from vodacom rewards co that wanted me to take insurance and a new contract which I declined. On 2013-08-15 my bank account was deducted with R120.00. So I went to vodacom and was informed it was for insurance which I NEVER agreed on and which they refuse now to refund me. To top it off they also informed me I hav e a new contract with them till May 2015 which blew me away as I never agreed on any of this. This is unceptable and I'm taking the matter further with them. Ceres vodacom is helping me now but Vodacom head office has not respond to my inquiry!!
