I have been waiting for vodacom to sort out a cancellation of BIS on a Q5 since 26 September.
to date nothing is done i have loaded now almost 250.00 airtime for it to be swallowed! every time i call they tell me i can t assist, unfortunately i dont have the solution. im sorry REALLY!!! ARE YOU REALLY SORRY... LMAO. I sit everyday waiting for an sms to confirm its sorted. nothing happens. today i call and speak to Ayanda and he tells me to sms blackberry stop to 100. well i did and guess what the service is not available what is so difficult in cancelling a BIS and activating a bb10? Can someone please help me because right now i am so angry with vodacom its not even funny. SENT YOUR TECHNICIANS AND CUSTOMERS CARE PEOPLE ON SOME BOOT TRAINING AND TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE PLEASE. THE SERVICE LEVELS AT VODACOM ARE BEYOND PATHETIC! I AM DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM VODACOM!!!
