Telkom sold me a 8ta sim. it was in their pink area on the map.
The sim they gave me had 0.001% internet - well sometimes i got 0.3mb/s but most of the time I got 0
After over 2 months of trying to get it solved and countless tweets / email / calls later telkom phones me and tells me "o yes we know there is an issue in your area, no we do not know why you area is in the pink zone, yes it will take one year to fix" They then asked me if I would like to keep my useless contract...
I have been asking them for over a month not to bill me end of June as they sold me a broken service.
Well they did bill me.
REFUND ME PLEASE NOW.
