It took forever to get the s3 mini that i wanted and when it was eventually delivered, there was no sim! when i phoned the call centre i was told to but my own sim. i went to the cell c store in kc and they told me i could phone in to cellc and ask them to migrate my current sim from prepaid to hybrid. when i phoned in i was told that it was already on contract. that was more than 2 months ago and i still havent received any of the minutes/ data/ sms's owed to me! when i went into the store in cape gate i was told that it was being sent to my sim and that i have to deal with cellc direct to get it sorted out because even though they sending it to the number its to a different sim card. i cant get anywhere with it over the phone and need this sorted out ASAP!!!
