Not happy at all!

To say vodacom is pathetic is putting it mildly! This is my second contract with vodacom and the way in which I have been treated is disgusting. I went to the Alberton branch to hand in my phone as the vodacom care in Voortrekker street was closed. I have only had this phone for 6 months and already the backing of the phone started to bubble and peel off, as well as the phone going off on its and and I keep on having to reboot it. I handed it in on the 5th may 2013. Whilst explaining to the lady what the issues are she tells me that I caused physical damage to the phone for the backing to be peeling off as well as the LCD for it to not be working to which I replied are you trying to imply that I deliberately took my phone against a wall to purposely damage it? I then called for her supervisor Jantjie as she said to him 'you can deal with this customer' as she kept telling me other stories, he then acknowledged that this particular phone does have issues with the backing peeling off as he has seen it with others.he assured me he would sort it out. It has now been 2weeks and I still do not know what is happening each time I phone I wait and they never call back. I'm disgusted!!!
