Efuse to clear my account

Consultant from cell c phone me with promotion blackberry 9320 and nokia asha. I accepted the offer. When ram delivers the box i open the box and only nokia asha in box. I phone cellc customer service told the consultant that there is only one phone in box she told me that the contract is only for the nokia i told her that it waS not the offer and i cancel the contract on the same day. Now cellc keep on sending me statements that i owe them R1567. For cancellation fees. Why do i have to pay for cellc mistake. Phoned cellc customer service to get answers but nothing happen. This is my second complain on hellopeter. After my first complain a lady phone me and told me it has been cancelled. 2 days after she called me i phone customer service to (make sure it has been cancelled. But what a surprise waited for me it is not been removed from my name. What is going how hard can it be. U wrongfully list my name on itc i cant open new account because of cell c. I want answers and my name cleared this is the last time im complaining. Legal action will be taken. I cant pay for your mistake.
