Cellphone problems

Hi there.
I have been having problems with Mtn's service. I first sent my phone in for repairs and they did not want to repair it i sent it in again and got a different story. so many people have told me different stories i don't know who to believe. I don't get results. now today the 13.09.2013 i phoned Mtn customer care service 4 time which i spent over 2 hours on the phone with that i cant sent sms's and now i cant make calls. nobody can help me. i got angry then they put the phone down in my ear. They're service is pathetic in my eyes. So now i have a contract that i cant use but I'm paying every month.
I urgently need your help. I don't know what to do anymore.
