I took out a contract with Mtn. An Asha 311 phone. Eversince i got the phone on the 5th of October 2012, i had problems with it. It keep on freezing. After the third time i took it in for repairs, they can still not give me answers on what's wrong with it. It's now 2 months again that i don't have a phone. Every time i go to Mtn to enquire they make we wait an hour and still send me away without it. The Manager is never available. I was told that i was suppose to get a new phone the first time i sent it in for repairs.
I'm now paying for a cell phone i don't have. I would prefer to get a totally different phone. I've had too many problems with this phone and also with the service provider.
By now i'm considering going to press with this issue. It's totally unexceptable.
Hopefully you will be able to assist with this pathetic service.
