My name being listed

My name is Hulisani Ndimane I use to have an account with Virgin Mobile for a phone contract for 24month. I've finished paying my contract in 2011 but everytime I go apply for a loan, car or a house it shows that am still owing them but when I phoned them it shows am done paying but they've listed my name under ITC as still owing them and they don't want to update my details as I've tried calling them to change it
