CONTRACT CANCELLED 3YEARS AGO AND NOW BEING BILLED

I cancelled my Virgin Mobile contract in the second half of 2010. I went into the pavilion branch and signed the forms and paid the amount that was owing (R700 odd) Since that day I have heard NOTHING from Virgin Mobile. Today I was sent an SMS stating that it was a final demand on my Virgin Mobile account. it said that I am owing R2133.84. it said my Reference number was 13806871. I called the number that was given for the SSDA and was told they could give me no information. This is not on. I am not going to be held responsible for someone else not doing their job properly. I expect someone to contact me shortly in order to sort this incident out.
