Good day,
Vodacom contacted me for an extra line on current account and I accepted. I phoned last week Friday, 06 Sept '13, to find out that it was declined due to my account being at the legal department.
I eventually spoke to Tameem (provided the spelling, so I know it is correct - don't know what department) and he looked into my account and said that there was a credit due to me on the old account as it was not at zero value. He informed me to phone today 13 Sept '13 to follow-up on the credit. I asked him what the ref number was and he said that I must take down his name, date and time: Ref: Tameem 06/09/13 13:22
Phoned today and spoke to legal department at 09:43 and was informed that the account had a zero value and no credit due to me.
How can I have a credit the 1 week and exactly 7 days later, NO CREDIT??
This is unacceptable!!
