Hi
Please HELP i received a new phone via cell c branch last week and it now faulty after 10 days as the sim card reader is not picking up any cards and after 4 days the i was having software issues and they want to send it for repairs which they say can take up to 21 days. I been reading the Consumer Protection Act and according to that i can ask for a replacement unit if it less than 6 month and they saying no as it's over 7 days OBF.
