I upgraded to an Samsung s4 on the 25 August 2013 and they couldn't do a sim swap, Wesley took my details to phone me ASAP when they can do it and till today I am waiting. I went to another branch on the 28 August 2013 and they did it over the phone for me. As I started to use my phone there was a blur in the top right corner and I couldn't see the time or the battery level and every day it got bigger and bigger. My mother in law at that time was very ill and passed away on the 4 September so I couldn't go back within my 7 days and according to me my 7 day warranty ended on the 4 th and I went back the 5 th to replace my phone and when I got there Bryan said they must send the phone in to see if it got water damage or something. The day with the upgrade Wesley told me if there is any problem within 7 days they replace it immediately and I've been without a phone now since the 5 September and it is... u can also close that branch because their service, they and don't have a lot of stock. Where is my rights as an consumer???
