Edgars should shut down that RMCS callcentre!

CANT even express how irate I'm. I called RMCS on friday because i had a problem with my prepaid account, I loaded R110 worth of airtime then exchanged R30 of it for 75MB my data was active i then went on to the internet only to find out that my airtime was been deducted rather then my data. I then recharged on 26 the same thing happend. I called RMCS for help and guess what i have never ever in my life come ac cross such PATHETIC GOOD FORNOTHING service and people.1rst of all their number is a charged call now imagen me had to spend 2hour explaining myself to 4 different people including "so call clueless teamleaders By the names Jeile Seloana and Tebogo gwanga" was told they cant assit and have to forward my query to network department and it will take 24 to 48 hours. Call today for follow up i spoke to a consultant and when i asked her can she pls read for my my query she said it just says missing airtime*boiling*I'm thinking i have waisted my breath my time and generated a bill on calling this RMCS for what??? This people they don't know their work and one thing i don't understand how can edcon run a callcentre that has not have Necessary resources to help assit the client 078717442
