Vodacare doesn't care

On the 24 of october 2013, we sent a samsung galalxy tab 2 to vodacare for repais as it is still under warranty and its on contract . the divice display was faulty as it went off and on, on its own .vodacom then quoted me R3000 for repairing this devise even thou its under warranty, according to them the whole display needed to be changed .and this is not coverd under the warranty contract . then i told them not to fix it as the quoted price was rediculous . then on saturdy i collected the device as it is . when i got home i opened the device my self only to find out that they didnt even bother to check it or even open it to check where the fault is " device is under warranty and im paying R320 a month for it " iafter open this device i found out that 1 diplay wire was loose. wont even cost R 10.i had to rist ma device by opening it my self due to these lazy vodacom "technicians" and this simply means i voided the warranty for fixing this device my self, something they could have done, since im paying for these services . when it come to collecting debit orders they dont waste time, but then can, t do a simple job that could have been done my 4 months old bby.
