On 11 September 2013, I received a phone call from some Attorneys office too tell me that I have been handed over by Cell C, for an outstanding account witch was apparently taken out on the 21st of October 2009. The account was also handed over too the attorneys on the 19th of March 2013. In other words this account is 4 years old. But now, here is my story. On the 19th of May 2009, i was house robbed, and i made a case on the same day with the SAPS, and they supplied me with a case number, witch is 235/05/2009. I have never had a Cell C account, nor have i opened one. All i can think of is that somebody is committing on my ID book or drivers license. Never have i heard or received any corispondance regarding any accounts from Cell C, and now after 4 years, i am told that i have been blacklisted for this account. And as a matter of fact, I have receive a simmular call from another attorney in Johannesburg yesterday on a Autopage account, witch was also opened on the 29th of July 2009. They also handed me over, for this account of witch i have no idea about. What can i do about this matter? There is going on, and i am on my way to the police. Thank you.
