I took out a contract for a internet bundle with altech autopage, it had worked for the first month then stopped, i called in the next month it worked again, but they havent being debiting my account, an they charge me R56 extra for over use, meanwhile the manager of the store put a R0 limit on it, that wasnt explained to me, they said it does not stop at the R0 but it will use until it locks, so i asked if had lock 10hours later then i must pay you R600 more, she says yes, and i need to monitor my usage, "so whats the limit for? ", i told her im going to cancel this contract, she tells me "oh you have to pay the full amount then", everything for her was so casual. There are untrained staff, poor service, landing me in deep waters, and they really dont care, ALTECH AUTOPAGE NORTH GATE, THEY REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT THAY ARE DOING. If anyone knows how else i can cancel this contract please advise me, i will never go into another altech autopage.
