MTN is far the worst telecommunications provider I have ever come across- this is now my 3rd/4th month trying to resolve this with no luck- MTN keeps debiting me sending me letters for a contract that was cancelled/ a contract that never took place- I dare MTN to try and debit my account this month again or try to blacklist me- I know my rights as a consumer and I know what steps to take... No one has tried to contact me to resolve this all I get is empty promises and a letter that I owe MTN when MTN owes me for debiting my account which I have to reverse monthly... I want this resolved soonest or you will find yourselves in the same position as Altech Auto page.gone are those days where consumers where taken for a ride by such MTN.
