ACCOUNT BEING DEBIED WITHOUT HAVING A CONTRACT

I had an account with 8ta but cancelled it due to incorrect information given to me... Now after months of cancelling they started debiting my account saying i took out a contract with them again in August which i never did, i was advised to get an affidavit and give to the Mitchells Plain telkom branch which i did . after a month 8TA debited my account again.

I have no contract with you i dont know who opened an account with my details.
i need you to reverse all the funds taken from my account and stop debiting my account because i dont have a contract with you.
i know of many people that were by 8ta but i wont be taken advantage of by people who are trying to make money out of other people.
