Billing my account after contract was cancelled

I cancelled my contract with Nashua in November 2012, main reason was poor customer service. After that they continued debiting my account for postage delivery fee monthly. i reversed the debits on my account but they sent another empty statement notifying that they will be debiting me again this month. Their customer service is very poor.
