Unauthorised deduction / misrepresantation

I received a call from mobimoola sometime at the beggining of august, they have promised me that there are no fees that are charged and when you take money from them the deduct the same money you took from them. i gave them my details and after three weeks i received R250 into my account instead of the r500 i have requested. when i checked my statement months end, i found that mobimoola deducted the following amounts on my account, R7 on the 12/08/13, R99 on the 30/08/13, R150 on the 30/08/13, R99 on the 31/08/13, R99 on the 31/08/13, R150 on the 31/08/13 and R249 on the 31/08/13, TOTAL R853.00. i called them on the 02/08/13 to lay my complain and they took my details but i havent received their feedback. i wrote them a letter to cancell my contract with them and i havent received any response from them. it is clear that a lot of people are complaining about the same thing. to get them on their fone you will be lucky.
