Unauthorized deduction no refund comes forth

I was phoned by consultant from Mobimoola to subscribe with them so that when ever I needed money they can borrow me. She said there was a once off fee of R249.00. The month we agreed on they deducted their registration fee together with R99, not one R99 (3). I queried that they told me about the 21days waiting time for refunds. Before they even paid me they deducted again, now it was next month (August) 2013. They deducted 3xR99, R200, R249 and R348 on the same month difference days. You must remember they owe for July double deductions. I phoned them getting different unsatisfacting answers. I even wrote to their complaint department up to date no response. They all agree that they owe me these monies cause I even sent them my bank statement. No one phones me, I have demanded to speak to their supervisor to no success. I'm at 3rd month today waiting for my R1390 refund.
