In 2013 I was contacted by a "MobiMoola Consultant" offering me a loan. He then requested my personal details to "verify" if I qualify for a loan, he also requested my bank details. I informed the gentleman that I am not interested in the loan as I am only using my personal bank to apply for loans if I need it. I did not hear anything again from this so called "consultant". In November 2013 an amount of R300 were debited from my account from MobiMoola on free different reference numbers and account numbers with three different amounts, R99.00 and R250.00. I contacted them by phone and after almost 20 minutes the phone were answered. I spoke to the lady and requested that the debit orders be stopped or I will hand the case over to the SA Police, she requested an email from me with my details and after two weeks I was contacted by a Rosslyn and she told me that she will look into it and cancel the debit orders. No feedback was received again from her, but the end of December 2013 another debit order of R300 went of my account which I could reverse. When I checked the Company online I found that it was operating from America and has a high risk factor as it is not legally registered.
