My acc being debited without me receiving money

My name is Karabo Mashigo, on the 03 Sepetember 2013 a consultant from Mobimoola called me to activate my account with them which i did, i then dicovered that there is a registration fee of R249.00 which the consultant failed to disclose. On 06 Septermber i requested R500.00 form them which i nerver got, i followed up with them for about a month and they kept on promising to call me bak which they never did and eventually i got so tired of waisting my money on phoning them, i then decided on the 19 September to cancel my account with them which i did via e-mail as per instruction from consultant, i then dicovered on the 02 October 2013 that Mobimoola has debited my acc with an amount of R249.00 and R99.00 on the 30 Sep 2013 and i would like my money back please.
