Told my refund would be in my account

Following my previous complaint on Hello Peter I was told by the Administrator Nomaswazi on Monday 9 September 2013 that my money would be in my account within 24 hours, it is now Thursday 12 September 2013 and still no money in my account. My query with Cell C has been going on for two months now and still not resolved, how much longer must this go on for???
