Refer to 21 Aug - 3rd Blackberry Z10

My Blackberry Z10 phone just is AGAIN giving problems. Now the 3rd time it is doing it. So tomorrow (Friday I am taking it in again).

I will demand a new phone. A phone of either the same value or even more - for all of the trouble I have went through. I cannot see why this should be such an issue.

This is in a matter of a few months. Not even 6 months. Got my first Z10 End of Feb, the second one end of June because it froze. The 3rd end of July because it didnt boot up. So now tell me, I think I do deserve another phone. I WILL NOT BE happy with another Z10 cause it is unreliable. HELP ME PLEASE!!!
