I went in to change my DEBIT ORDER date last month round about the 19th. My payment date changed and I supplied the branch with a letter from my employer stating that ONLY the DEBIT ORDER date should change. I asked it to go off on the LAST day of each month. I received sms confirmation that this was done.
On the 04/12/13 I went into Furniture City Newton Park PE to make a payment of R670.00.
I received an sms from your company on the 05/12/13 that THIS months debit order would go off on the 13/12/14.
On the 14/12/14 I checked my bank statement and saw that NOTHING has gone off, so i went into Furniture City Newton Park PE to make a payment.
There i was inform that i am in fact in arrears, and that someone at your Head Office changed my banking details on your system.
Which I don't understand, as I have paid R670 on the 04/12/13. They informed me that this amount was refunded.
I would like to know who was refunded and where my money went that made me in arrears. I only have to pay still for December but no one at your call centre can explain why my banking details was changed and who was refunded with my money.
Please can someone at Furniture City give me an answ
