Since my poor customer service 1 month ago auto page has agreed to refund me, which has been approved on the 31st of August, i am still waiting for the refund. to add to my misery with auto page they has again debited my account on the 5th of September 2013, i have no idea for what reason.
the first total of R434.98 is still pending and now another total of R 217.49 is owing bring it to a balance of R652.47 is now owing to me by auto-page with no communication what so ever. i have been calling them from last month and i want absolutely nothing to do with them... they are going to put me in an early grave.. No communication very poor customer service...
because of the poor service from the cancellation depart / accounts i will never purchase anything from auto-page. their service is an embarrassment.
at the end of the day it is my money that i worked for and auto-page will "deposit" my money when they are ready to get off their lazy *&%$ to do anything . i am so disappointed and extremely upset that i always have to call them and they do nothing but me off
