Telkom - Lack of Response/Feedback

I recently bought and relocated to a complex which never made provision for Telkom lines.
I seriously require a Telkom land line as I run a home office.
The new Telkom Mobile is not sufficient for the internet speed I require.

As a possible solution, my backyard is against another complex.
This other complex have Telkom poles and lines which serves each house with an overhead telkom line supply.

The 1 Telkom pole is literally right against my fence.
So my question to Telkom was to investigate the possibility of merely supplying me using one of the existing ports.

I was informed by consultant this can be done as he checked the Telkom system and said there are still 8 ports available.

To date I haven't heard anything from Telkom and only to find out now after phoning again for the 20th time that this is postponed to 8 January.
The 8 January is apparently only a forecast date and will change.

I am sure my request can easily be met if a Technician visit my property so I can show the situation to him/her.

Utterly frustrated that such a simple request can not be met due to no interest from Telkom.
I am sure their demand is high therefore they are not to bothered about this.
