A MTN account was created using my ID, i suspect this was when i applied for car finance. The 1st month MTN debited R100, the month after R300 and that's when i realised something wasn't right and tried to cancel this account.
I went in-store to MTN and cancelled the account at The Glen Shopping centre. I then got in touch with the department and sent documentation to prove that i didn't open such an account. Since 2010 i continue to get SMS's, calls about this contract account.
MTN is THOROUGHLY USELESS AND FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT THAT PASS YOU FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT!
Not surprised about allegations of corrupting government officials, MTN is a company of useless!
