I'm currently still holding as I'm typing this report. It's been almost 20 minutes and someone has not answered my call, the same tune being played over and over. I was given this number to call by MTN Cavendish, 083 123 6084. All I want to do is have my cell phone insured. Why should it be so difficult and tiresome? I find it hard to believe that MTN is not able to set higher standards when it comes to their call centres.
