My first email was send in 2010, to cancel the admin1 email facility on my account. I was ignored!!! No suprise there. No arguments from my side as I tried to cancel this in between the 2 dates, but do not have that proof any more.
Then I send another request on the 2nd of January THIS year, and still you remain INCOMPETENT. I send proof to your accounts department of the cancellations... or whoever deals with this.
Then I was told that YOU are not ALLOWED to give any refund more than 3 months at a time. But that I MUST accept!
Now you tell me I only send the request on the 25th of March and will have to pay for the month of April as this is my cancellation month!
WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU, I DID THIS IN 2010 BUT THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
I will not pay this account BEFORE you do not sort this out MY WAY!
And do not suspend my services as I am NOT at fault here, but for the last 3 years I have been doing YOUR work!!!
