Tiresome bad service from MTN call centre

I called the MTN customer care line 173 on Friday around 18hours because my sim card was damaged and wanted to do a simswap.1st call was cut off and i phoned again a polite gentleman named Lungani answered on the 2nd call took me through the process of security questions and assured me it was done and would activate within 2-24hours. When i still couldnt connect after 26hours i called again a lady named Mabel answered and told me no simswap was done the previous day yes Lungani did log on that number but did nothing. I asked to speak to the supervisor and Bonga Mafa came through and after a tiresome 30minutes of being continously told to hold on Mabel uttered the words your sim swap has been done and would activate in 2-24 hours.i called last night again and was told Bonga Mafa would contact me in 20mins as it shows an error message on the system till now i am waiting.i am an unhappy customer i have had this simcard for 4years now and need it because its linked to a lot of stuff why is it so difficult to retrieve this number why do these agents think i have over 30minutes to hold on for them. This is bad service need someone to explain to me why i am with MTN after all this nonsense
