No contact at Call centre, kept holding

To Whom It May Concern

I was sold two cell c contracts, the phones were delivered and decided I no longer wanted the contracts. I have been trying to speak to an agent since Monday 29th April and a just kept holding on the 084 145 number. I also sent an email the same day to [Email Removed] an auto response that I would be contacted within 24-72 hours and still no contact.
I sent another email today. I also called the call centre again today and after holding on for 25 minutes, I eventaully got to speak to a lady by the name of Veronica, who transferred me to the cancellation department. Again holding for another 10 minutes, before speaking to Bridgette.bridgette advised that she could not cancel the contracts, unless she has the phones. I asked her whether I could go to the nearest Cell C store and deliver the phones, Bridgette said no. She advised me that someone would contact me between 24 and 48 hours to arrange for the phones to be collected. I expressed, i was not happy with this, as I have been trying to contact Cell C since Monday.
This service is terrible and why even bother to have a call centre, if the calls are not even answered or answered after 20 minutes.
