Cell C has had my phone for 3 MONTHS??

This is my SECOND report on Hello Peter regarding Cell c .. on the SAME TOPIC.
After returning my Iphone 5 the first time (with zero repairs being done and waiting about 2 months), I returned it to Cell C again - this time around I have waited over a MONTH.

I have received ONE phonecall from someone following up on my Tweet - but they could give me no answers. Then I had to phone Cell C cavendish to which the manager got very catty with me telling me she doesn't know what's happening and perhaps i should just call back later. I must call THEM?? Sorry, has anyone heard of customer service?? Why must I do THEIR dirty work??

So here I sit, still no Iphone, nobody at Cell C responding to my tweets... and I have had it up to HERE.
Why do we have to put up with such shocking service?? And why does no one at this company care one iota about it??
