In May 2013 I wrote an Email to Cell C and explained to them that My Bank cards were and I stopped my Bank account in case the Tsotsies empty it. They responded with an email that included their banking details where I can manually deposit my monthly contract fee of R200.00 .. I got a call from the call centre stating that my account is in arrears of R70.00 due to debit orders coming back. I pay my contract fee every month and they still debit me. Now my lines have been cut off and my wife who just had an operation can not get hold of me if there is an emergency. I am up to my last nerve with Cell c.. I want my lines connected ASAP..!!!
