GOOD DAY,
PLEASE NOTE THAT I SENT AN EMAIL TO CHANGE BANKING DETAILS, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO ADVISE THAT IT HAS BEEN DONE, ONLY THREE OF MY LINES DEBITED, I CALLED AND I WAS ADVISED THEY WILL - R701 ON THE 28/01/2013. IT WAS NEVER DONE AND NOW THEY HAVE CLOSED ALL MY LINES, I HAVE TO CONTACT MY CHILDREN DRIVER TO ADVISE THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME, MY LINE IS CLOSED. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE BAD SERVICE I AM RECEIVING FROM CELL C. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT CALL C IS DOING HALF JOBS, IT IS NOT MY THEY DID NOT DEBIT ON THE 28TH LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, PLEASE DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AND OPEN ALL Y LINES. I CHANGED BANKING DETAILS FROM CAPITEC TO STANDARD BANK. PLEASE OPEN MY LINES
