I have been charged a subscription fee by Cell C at R17 per day for 4 months.
Apparently SMARTCALL is deducting cash off my account for a "subscription" that I apparently subscribed to.
I have tried to view the site "mobthumbs" but it is fictitious
When challenging Smartcall, they indicated that I had accpeted tersm and conditions. This is utter bulls###. And they have indicated that 1 sms was sent to me in 4 months indicating that they were deducting money from my account.
How is this even legal?
