We applied for a new contract at Smartcom and the consultant was very nice for the first time whe we took a Nokia Lumnia 520, things changed the following day when we took the phone back because it was having issues, the same friendly consultant didn't want to take it back until the other collegue decided to take it to vodacare for a software re load however the phone was worse so 3 days later we called them and spoke to the manager Lizeda to cancel the contract and re apply for another phone, all was done at we got a new phone (Samsung) now the problem is when we took the nokia the following day we where billed R296, on the 07/08 we got billed again the R296, I called Lizeda and she assured me that the problem has been fixed and the refund will be done, today 12/09 R285 has beed deducted from my cheque account now that debit order will return and the bank will charge me R125 and that's just a negative thing with the bank for future business, who do we need to speak to for this incompitance???
