We are now confused as too who is messing with us on this matter, we applied for a new Vodacom contract with there service provider Smartcom the beginning of the month, when we took the phone we where billied R296 fine we understood, then on the 07/09 they again took R296 we called Smartcom they said no its Vodacom but vodacom will refund it back, today 12/09 again they took another R285 what's going on here now this R285 will return unpaid and a fee of R125 will be charged who's going to pay that? FNB will hold you to that until knows when. Guys fix this NOWWWW???
