Hi,

I'm desperately asking for your intervention here,

I bought a cellphone from Smartcom Vodacom Midrand (Vodaworld) and I took the phone back to the shop and exchanged it for a bit higher expensive phone.
So I had to pay in extra R2470.00, I used my card to swipe this amount and when they swiped it their till machine didn't't print the slip.
They asked to swipe it for the second time, before they could swipe the card for the second time I received an sms that the amount of R2470.00 has been paid out of my account.

The guy by the name of Erich insisted that this transaction didn't go through and swiped my card for the second time, so one transaction deducted twice from my account.
Now my debit orders bounced because of this inconvenience and my main concern is that two of these unsuccessful debit orders are my Life cover and Tracker for my car.

This has costed me R800.00 on charges for unpaid debit order and my life cover will now be called for breaching contract.

I'm so frustrated I need your help.
