Last year November i upgraded my number and opted for a Black Berry on contract. i signed the document and it has only brought head ache and frustration ever since! I really wish i never took out the contract at all! phone the accounts line, you get customer care that puts you through to accounts, u speak to someone, they cut you off. you phone again, same again with the transfer, tell your story again and then they say hold and then cut you off! that happened 3 times!!!
