MTN'S DISGUSTING SERVICE AN POOR ETHICS

Phone booked in for repairs. Received a quote OVER R2000 under insurance claim.which we agreed to which meant they could repair what was originally damaged on the phone. Going back and forth for almost a month. No follow up service. You have to hound these consultants. When the phone was returned it was not the original phone that was sent in. The sticker in the phone the same but the body of the phone is not. Now when we had called to find out what had happened, apparently they could do that they don't necessarily have to repair parts-AT NO POINT we were notified of such decision or given the the choice of deciding. DISGUSTING SERVICE WE HAVE A CORPORATE ACCOUNT WITH YOU AND WILL NOT RENEW OUR CONTRACT-GONE ARE THE DAYS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY!!! Not even a manger could return a call or assist, What type of business are these guys running.
