Please note that This phone was insured so mtn being the service provider decides to give back refurbished phones, such nonsense, WHY WAS THE CUSTOMER NOT INFORMED WHEN TAKING A CONTRACT AND WHEN TAKING OUT INSURANCE ON THE PHONE -SO when faced with such issues a person is aware. Clearly your company does not think the customer comes first. My point still is that your explanation of how repairs are done does not explain the fact that you have given us back a second hand phone and swopped them witout our permission. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF A R2000 CLAIM ON THE INSURANCE AND WE AS THE CUSTOMER PAYING AN ACCESS???
